Lili is a writer, producer, director, choreographer, and actor.

She created, produced, and starred in Complete Works, an award-winning indie comedy set in the world of a collegiate Shakespeare competition that premiered on Hulu as a 5-episode, half-hour mini series for Shakespeare’s 450th birthday.

Since Complete Works, she’s been developing new ideas for television and film with her writing/producing partner (and husband!), Joe Sofranko.

In 2017, they wrote and developed The Cut, a dance drama pilot set in a prestigious NYC conservatory, for FOX with 20th Century Fox and McG’s production company, Wonderland Sound & Vision. Here's the link to show's original feel reel.

In 2019, with Netflix, showrunner Oliver Goldstick (Pretty Little Liars), executive producers Roth/Kirschenbaum Films and USWNT star Alex Morgan, Lili and Joe sold and developed The Pride, a girls club soccer drama series set in La Jolla. Here's the link to the show's original feel reel.

And in 2021, Lili and Joe had a baby girl. :) Shortly after that, they moved from Los Angeles to Ashland, Oregon, where they now are happily raising their two children and working at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

They are currently developing three projects:

142nd Street, a half-hour musical comedy series about a group of musical theatre wannabes living a hundred blocks from their dreams, alongside composer Scott Hoying (Pentatonix). Here’s the feel reel (pw: jawbrato).

Rebound, a feature length drama set around a girls high school basketball team in Indiana, with producer Aaron Ryder and Rachel Rubin (Ryder Picture Company).

Upstaged, a musical comedy feature centered on Meg, an out-of-work Millennial actress, who fabricates a Gen Z identity to compete in a prestigious high school musical theatre competition, which she believes, if she wins, will give her the Broadway career she's always deserved. Think Tootsie meets Pitch Perfect.

Lili was born and raised in Los Angeles and received her BA in Theatre from USC’s School of Dramatic Arts. She was a 2005 YoungArts Winner in Theatre and a Presidential Scholar in the Arts Nominee.
